✣ GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Full payment is required before work begins.
• No refunds are issued once work has started.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions if I am not comfortable with them or if they exceed my capabilities.
• Commissions can take between 5 days and 5 weeks, depending on their complexity.
• Prices are not negotiable.
• I have all rights to use completed work as samples in my portfolio. If you prefer to keep it private or have a special date (such as a debut), please let me know in advance.
• I deliver files via Google Drive or email, according to your preference.
• Prices are in USD, and payments are made through PayPal.
• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
✣ CHANGES AND REDESIGNS
• All commissions include free revisions.
• I will send updates and sketches to get your feedback on an ongoing basis to ensure everything is to your liking.
• Major changes or complete redesigns have an additional cost of $20–$30 (or more depending on complexity).
✣ RIGHTS AND USES
• The client may use the finished product in stream or on social media, or for personal use with proper credit.
• Resale, editing, or removal of the watermark is not permitted without an additional fee of $20.
• The client is responsible for acquiring the commercial rights to any paid fonts they wish to include.
• I am not responsible for the use of unlicensed materials or materials without the appropriate permissions.
• For commercial use or merchandise, the price will be three times the original price and I will include high-quality files (PNG/JPEG/HD).
• It is prohibited to use my work for projects related to NFTs, AI, or blockchain.
• I retain the copyright to the work.
✣ PAYMENTS
• All payments will be processed via PayPal invoice.• Once the invoice is sent and payment is confirmed, your order will enter the Processing phase and I will begin working on it.• For security purposes, please avoid words like "donation," "fee," or emojis in the payment description.• The invoice will only show your username and the service purchased.
