✣ GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Full payment is required before work begins.
• No refunds are issued once work has started.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions if I am not comfortable with them or if they exceed my capabilities.
• Commissions can take between 5 days and 5 weeks, depending on their complexity.
• I have all rights to use completed work as samples in my portfolio. If you prefer to keep it private or have a special date (such as a debut), please let me know in advance.
• I deliver files via Google Drive or email, according to your preference.
• Prices are in USD, and payments are made through PayPal.
• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

✣ CHANGES AND REDESIGNS

• All commissions include free revisions.
• I will send updates and sketches to get your feedback on an ongoing basis to ensure everything is to your liking.
• Major changes or complete redesigns have an additional cost of $20–$30 (or more depending on complexity).

✣ RIGHTS AND USES

• The client may use the finished product in stream or on social media, or for personal use with proper credit.
• Resale, editing, or removal of the watermark is not permitted without an additional fee of $20.
• The client is responsible for acquiring the commercial rights to any paid fonts they wish to include.
• I am not responsible for the use of unlicensed materials or materials without the appropriate permissions.
• For commercial use or merchandise, the price will be three times the original price and I will include high-quality files (PNG/JPEG/HD).
• It is prohibited to use my work for projects related to NFTs, AI, or blockchain.
• I retain the copyright to the work.

✣ PAYMENTS

• Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal.
• All my prices already include the PayPal fee. The client should not add anything extra: the price shown is the final price.
• Accepted payment methods:
– Recommended primary option: Goods and Services (protection for both parties).
– Alternative option: Send to a friend or family member (if you wish to send it at no additional cost to me).
• Once payment is received, your order will move to the "Processing" stage and I will begin working on it.
• For security, avoid using words like “donation,” “commission,” “artistic payment,” emojis, or ambiguous phrases in the payment note.
In the PayPal description, only use one of these two options: “Digital Service” or your username.
This is simply to prevent issues with PayPal.

• Please provide references, ideas, or specific sources (if you have any) when filling out the form.
• Commissions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; I choose based on my availability and affinity with the project.
